1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HouseRules DFS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. HouseRules DFS is operated by House Rules Tech LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Nature of the Service

HouseRules DFS is an analytical and educational software tool designed to help users research, analyze, and generate Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) lineups. The Service is not a gambling platform. We do not host, manage, or facilitate any contests involving real money. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DraftKings, FanDuel, or any other DFS operator.

All output generated by the Service — including projections, optimizations, and suggested lineups — is provided for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or gambling advice.

3. No Guarantee of Results

You acknowledge that DFS outcomes are influenced by factors beyond our control, including player performance, weather, injuries, and decisions made by third-party platforms. We make no warranty or guarantee — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, reliability, or profitability of any data, lineup, or projection produced by the Service. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Your own participation in any DFS contest on any third-party platform.
• Compliance with the rules, terms, and policies of any DFS platform you use.
• Ensuring your use of third-party analytical tools is permitted in your jurisdiction.
• Any financial decisions you make based on output from the Service.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy: All subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. If you believe you have been charged in error, you may contact us within 7 days of the charge for review, and any exceptions will be made at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and branding associated with the Service are the property of House Rules Tech LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

7. Third-Party Data

The Service may rely on data provided by third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of third-party data and are not liable for any losses resulting from data errors, delays, or outages beyond our control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, House Rules Tech LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes any financial losses related to your participation in DFS contests on any third-party platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless House Rules Tech LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms or for any activity that we believe is harmful to the Service or other users.

12. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the state of Wisconsin which House Rules Tech LLC is registered. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

13. Responsible Play

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available. Call 1-800-GAMBLER. HouseRules DFS does not facilitate gambling and is intended solely as a research and analysis tool.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
